📖 STM32 Clock & USB Helper

This tool solves one of the most common Bare-Metal configuration issues: calculating PLL values to ensure maximum system frequency (SysClk) and **exactly 48 MHz** for USB/SDIO peripherals (PLL Q).

Enter the HSE crystal frequency (often 8 MHz on Discovery/Nucleo boards).
Modulate N, P, Q parameters to reach the target main clock, e.g., 168 MHz (for F407).
The script will automatically verify if the PLL Q outputs a safe 48 MHz. If not, you will see a warning, and the USB port won't be detected correctly by Windows/Linux.
